Scandinavian Smorgasbord Sushi

Steps


  • Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.

  • Thinly slice the smoked salmon, pickled herring, cured reindeer meat, and gravlax.

  • Cut the cucumber and radishes into thin matchsticks.

  • Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat and spread a layer of sushi rice over it.

  • Arrange a variety of sliced fish and meat along with cucumber and radish matchsticks on top of the rice.

  • Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat and repeat with the remaining ingredients.

  • Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.

  • Serve the Scandinavian smorgasbord sushi with rye bread, pickled onions, dill sprigs, wasabi, and soy sauce.
